A product of the partnership with the WWF, Alben is the sneaker that confirms Geox's commitment to the environment: it is made from recycled materials and leathers from tanneries that use sustainable production processes in compliance with the strict LWG classification and certification. Alben alternates suede leather with supple nappa leather and has a running-shoe design in navy blue. The single velcro strap fastening, decorated with a cute tiger cub face as a symbol of the wildlife to be protected, makes it easy to slip on and adjust to fit. The outsole is breathable, thanks to the exclusive Geox-patented technology. The midsole in 15% recycled EVA and the tread in 30% recycled rubber give the sneaker lightness and flexibility, a firm grip and durability. The lining is in 100% recycled cotton. The removable footbed is practical and hygienic and is covered in chrome-free, non-toxic leather, for a constant sensation of dryness.
